Workforce strategist, speaker & author: Eric Swenson is the founder of RSJ/Swenson LLC, a human resources and workforce development firm serving more than 250 businesses throughout North America. He founded his firm in 2003 after a career in management and training. He works with C-level executives to help identify talent, enhance corporate culture, develop leaders and maximize productivity.


He is the author of two books, Managing People in the 21st Century (2004), and The Five A’s of Great Employees (2016), which argues that experience is less important than intangibles such as attitude, aptitude, agility and alignment.


A sought-after speaker, he frequently speaks to organizations and conferences on topics ranging from leadership and management to workforce trends and issues.

The presentation must be viewed in one sitting (the presentation may be paused, but if the browser window closes, you will be required to re-register and watch again from the beginning).
