Why watch this recording:

Assembling a team of dedicated, competent, and motivated individuals should be enough to bring organizational success, right? Unfortunately, not. Assembling the right talent isn’t enough, because they must also work together. Each member of the team comes with his/her own style of communicating, managing conflict, and working with others. Leaders, with their own unique styles, then must manage these divergent personalities to create a “team” all while not demonstrating preference or favoritism.

This program will look at the factors of communication and conflict management that create problems within any team. We will identify the instincts and reactions that disrupt a healthy workplace. And, we will provide strategies and techniques for building and maintaining healthy – and dynamic - teams.

In this 60-minute presentation you will learn:

• Build awareness of the communication patterns and behavioral styles that create friction in the workplace
• Learn about the polarizing behaviors that link to our individual conflict styles
• Develop strategies for creating a positive and cohesive work environment

Who will benefit?

  • HR Professionals
  • HR directors and managers
  • HR administrators
